Sunday International Sangha Online Offering
Awakening the Heart:
a Four Week Journey into
the Four Brahmaviharas
with Kristina Baré
Every Sunday from October 5 – 26, 2025
(Oct 5, Oct 12, Oct 19, Oct 26)
ONLINE from 10 am – noon (Mountain Time)
This four-week online Insight Meditation course, offers a deep dive into the transformative Buddhist teachings of the Four Brahmaviharas—Loving-kindness (Metta), Compassion (Karuna), Sympathetic Joy (Mudita), and Equanimity (Upekkha). These powerful qualities of the heart provide a foundation for cultivating peace and clarity within ourselves and in our interactions with the world. Through guided meditation, dharma talks, and group discussion, participants will explore how these practices can serve as antidotes to the suffering, division, and anxiety prevalent in the times we live in. Each session builds progressively, helping to foster greater emotional resilience and connection.
The full course will run on Sundays—October 5, 12, 19, and 26, 2025, from 10am mdt to noon mdt. It includes a special online retreat on the weekend of October 18-19, 2025, offering an immersive experience to deepen your practice and integration of these teachings.
