Friday March 28…Retreat begins at 6:30 pm Mountain Time. We will end at 9 pm Mountain Time that evening.
Saturday March 29…We will begin at 9 am Mountain Time. We will end at 9 pm Mountain Time that evening.
Sunday March 30…We will begin at 9 am Mountain Time. We will end at 3:30 pm Mountain Time.
You are warmly invited to join us for the Sunday International Sangha ONLINE Metta & Mudita Retreat with Marcia Rose. We will begin promptly at the scheduled times. All times are Mountain Time, so please find the corresponding time where you are currently living.
Please fill out the registration form (see below) and send it to us soon and before March 14, 2025.
This weekend retreat will consist of Guided Metta and Mudita meditations, silent (non-guided) meditation time-sitting and walking, Dhamma Talks, and two Q&A sessions. This retreat is open to all who would like to develop and deepen the practices of Metta & Mudita.
Sliding scale fees
low ($45) actual ($65) benefactor ($85)
No fees for monastics. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
Registration & payment are necessary in order to receive the zoom link and related materials. Registration forms and fees are requested by March 14, 2025.
Registration fees do not include Dana offerings to the teacher. Marcia relies on Dana for her livelihood, so please consider offering Dana to her.

Marcia Rose is the founding and guiding teacher of the Mountain Hermitage and founding teacher of Taos Mountain Sangha in Taos, NM. She has been studying & practicing Buddhist teachings and meditation with Asian and Western teachers since 1970, primarily in the Theravada-Vipassana lineage.
She also practiced for some years in the Tibetan Dzogchen lineage. She has taught Vipassana, Concentration, Brahma Vihara, and Creative Process retreats in various US and international venues for over 30 years, and is dedicated to offering these ancient and timeless teachings in ways that make them accessible and authentic for contemporary culture.
